  • Chat Masala -1 tsp

Instructions :

  • Slice the buns in half, spread butter & green chutney evenly.
  • Layer with veggies, salt, Chat masala, and a cheese slice.
  • Toast until golden and crispy.

Tips:

If you are giving this in tiffin then add healthy Til Ladoo, Pomegranate, and Makhana for a complete, nutritious meal.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup vermicelli (boiled)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup veggies (I used bell peppers, Onion and spring onions)
  • 2 tbsp spring onion
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Sauces: Soya sauce, vinegar, and tomato sauce (as per taste)

Instructions :

  • In a pan, heat oil on medium flame
  • Add chopped garlic and saute for a few seconds until fragrant.
  • Add onion and cook till it turns slightly golden.
  • Add veggies and stir-fry on high flame for 2–3 minutes until they are slightly tender yet crunchy.
  • Add soya sauce, vinegar, and tomato ketchup.
  • Sprinkle salt, Italian seasoning, and oregano.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Now add the boiled vermicelli to the pan.
  • Gently toss and combine everything so the noodles are coated evenly with the sauces and veggies.
  • Garnish with Chopped Spring onion and some coriander leaves.

Tip:

  • Toast the garlic well and set some aside to sprinkle on top for extra flavor.
  • Make sure the vermicelli is not overcooked; it should be firm and non-sticky.
  • Adjust sauces as per your taste preference – spicy, tangy, or mild.
