- Imli (tamarind) – ½ cup (seedless, 1 cup pani mein bhigi hui – 1 ghanta)
- Gud (jaggery) – ½ to ¾ cup (apne taste ke hisaab se)
- Kala namak – ½ tsp
- Saada namak – ¼ tsp
- Bhuna jeera powder – 1 tsp
- Saunth powder (dry ginger) – ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder – ¼ tsp
- Hing (asafoetida) – 1 pinch
- Pani – 1 to 1.5 cup (consistency ke liye)
Dhaniya Pudina Chutney
- Hara dhaniya (fresh coriander leaves) – 1 cup (roughly chopped)
- Pudina (fresh mint leaves) – ½ cup (leaves only, dandiya hata lein)
- Hari mirch – 1 (zyada teekha pasand ho to 2 lein)
- Adrak – ½ inch piece
- Nimbu ka ras – 1 tablespoon (ya ½ nimbu)
- Bhuna jeera powder – ½ tsp
- Kala namak – ½ tsp
- Saada namak – ¼ tsp (taste ke liye adjust karein)
- Pani – 2–3 tablespoon (consistency ke liye)
Banane ka Tarika (Dahi Bhalle Recipe)
Bhalle ko Kase tayar kare
- Bhigi hui urad dal aur moong dal ko achhi tarah se dho kar hari mirch ke saath mixer mein pis le.
- Thoda sa pani daale, lekin batter gadda hi rehna chahiye.
