  • Fresh Cream ya Malai -3 tablespoon
  • Doodh-1/2 cup (optional ,gravy ke liye)
  • Ghee ya Oil- 2 tablespoon

Masale

  • Lal Mirch powder- teaspoon
  • Haldi powder-1/4 teaspoon
  • Dhania powder-1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala-1/2 teaspoon
  • Namak- swad anusar
  • Kasturi Methi- 1 teaspoon (hath se crush)
  • Chini- 1/2 teaspoon

Shahi Paneer Kaise Banaye Uski Vidhi

Sabse pehle ek pan le usme ghee ya oil garam karein. Usme bareek kata hua pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhune. Uske baad isme tamatar ka paste aur haldi,lal mirch,dhania powder daale or is masale ko tab tak bhune jab tak yeh oil ya ghee chootne lage uske baad beat ki hui dahi ko daale aur continuously chalate hue 2-3 minute tak bhune.

Ab Kaju paste aur cream daal ke aache se mix kare todha sa dhoodh daal ke gravy ko smooth aur rich banaye. Sath hi todha sa namak aur thodi si chini daal ke mix kare.
