- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

- Fresh Coriander leaves ( chopped)
- Lemon juice – 1/2
For Green Chutney
- Fresh coriander-1 cup
- Garlic cloves- 4-5 pcs
- Ginger- 1 inch
- Water as required
- Salt to taste

For Dry garlic chutney (Red chutney)
- Prepared chura- 1-1.5 cups
- (For Chura -Dip your fingertips in prepared besan batter. Roughly pour batter in oil and fry until super crispy)
- Red chilli powder- 1 Tbsp
- Hing- 1/2 Tsp
- Fried garlic cloves- 12-15 pcs
- Salt to taste
- Grind the ingredients

- Pav buns – 6
- Fried green chillies ( for serving)
- Oil for deep frying
How to Make Vada Pav Step-by-Step
Prepare the Aloo Filling:
- Take a pan heat some oil add mustard seeds let them crackle.
- Add curry leaves, green chillies and ginger garlic saute for 1 minute.
- Add turmeric powder, mashed potatoes, salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Mix everything very well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool down. Then make small lemon-sized balls.
